About The Position
We are looking for a Slitter Operator to join our team at Lakeside Book Company. As the largest bookmaker in the United States, you will help print and move finished product out the door and into the hands of readers across the country. Previous machine operating experience is preferred but we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful. Advancement opportunities are available!
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for the entire duration of your shift
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience operating machines
- Agree to participate in cross-training which includes achieving qualified status within the position and assuming responsibility as a back-up to lateral and progressive roles, as needed.
