We're looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing manufacturing and equipment operation skills while helping create products enjoyed by fans around the world. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of manufacturing, production, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred.
Experience working with technical equipment is a plus.
ISO 9001 experience is desirable but not required.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and experience using electronic systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Operate slitting equipment to produce high-quality trading card products.
Set up jobs and equipment according to production specifications.
Monitor product quality and perform inspections throughout production runs.
Troubleshoot routine machine issues and make basic operational adjustments.
Accurately record production information and performance metrics.
Communicate job status and production updates with team members and leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
