About The Position
Corle Building Systems is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to join their Rollform Department as a Slitter Operator on 2nd Shift. This role involves setting up, operating, and tending machines that cut, slit, bend, or straighten sheets of metal, paper, or other materials to specific widths. The operator will also be responsible for ensuring quality by examining end-products and observing pre-defined tolerances.
Requirements
- Ability to use precision measurement equipment such as calipers, tape measure, micrometers, etc.
- Intermediate level math, mechanical and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Ability to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner.
- Ability to operate assigned equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

- Ensure quality by examining various end-products and observing pre-defined tolerances.
