Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Operate assembly machines observing all safety precautions, regulations and good housekeeping practices.
- Conduct two complete quality checks per shift using precision gauge and tools.
- Constantly visually check quality of slider parts and slider finish.
- Check parts feeder bowls for proper level of parts to ensure efficient operation of assembly machines.
- Fill feeder bowls with slider parts as required to prevent machine from stopping.
- Check assembly machines for any sticking parts and clear parts by using a pick or notify mechanic if mechanical problem exists.
- Know slider parts and different finishes.
- Understand job cards, record daily production and machine downtime and machine problems.
- Communicate any problems to mechanic.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
