About The Position
Be the frontline hero keeping the thrills safe and the fun going at Slick City Action Park! As an Action Monitor, you ll monitor attractions, enforce rules with a smile, and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
Nice To Haves
- Guest-facing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor slides, courts, and attractions for guest safety and rule compliance.
- Respond quickly and calmly to incidents and follow all reporting procedures.
- Provide friendly guest service while maintaining authority.
- Inspect attractions, report hazards, and keep areas clean.
- Support the team during busy periods.
- Complete ongoing safety training.
