About The Position

Our Sleigh Ride Dinner is one of Lone Mountain Ranch's signature winter experiences, bringing guests by horse-drawn sleigh to a cozy backcountry cabin for an evening of food, music, and Western hospitality. As a Sleigh Dinner Server, you'll help bring the entire experience to life. From preparing the cabin before guests arrive to providing warm, attentive service throughout dinner and restoring the space afterward, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking care of people, working as part of a team, and creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
Guest service, hospitality, guiding, ranch, recreation, or other guest-facing experience is valued.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first approach.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and throughout the winter season based on business needs.
Montana-approved alcohol server training completed before beginning work.
Food Handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set the dinner cabin for each event.
Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service throughout the evening.
Serve food, wine, and other beverages safely and professionally.
Anticipate guest needs and help create a relaxed and memorable atmosphere.
Work alongside Teamsters, cooks, fellow Servers, the musician, and other team members to keep each event running smoothly.
Clear tables, wash dishes, clean service areas, and reset the cabin between dinners when needed.
Clean and restore the cabin at the end of the evening, including properly removing food and waste to help protect local wildlife.
Follow food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and Ranch safety standards.
Step in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience.
Work occasional shifts in Horn & Cantle as an Assistant Server or Host, or support other Food & Beverage events as business needs require.
