About The Position

The Sleep Study Program Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between healthcare providers and the sleep study program team. The role ensures efficient coordination, provider education, and smooth operation of all aspects of the sleep study program.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in marketing, customer service, and/or sales; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a high-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Provide own transportation.
• First-rate computer skills and awareness of emerging technology.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Marketing, customer service, and/or sales experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities
