About The Position

Valley View's Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a full-time Coordinator to assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration. The role involves providing education to patients on the use of HST equipment, ensuring proper fit at pickup, and educating patients on home and in-lab sleep studies, procedures, duration, and expectations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Background in customer service with impeccable phone etiquette.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be a team player.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous patient scheduling and/or registration experience highly preferred.
Medical office and billing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration.
Provide education to patients on use of HST equipment and ensure equipment fits properly at pickup.
Educate patients on home and in-lab sleep studies, procedures, duration and expectations.
