About The Position

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to help customers find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep. This role is central to the company's mission of helping people sleep well to live well. The Sleep Expert will enhance the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, offering best-in-class products, and executing Mattress Firm's selling programs using digital tools. The position supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating an engaging environment focused on the customer. It offers uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. Mattress Firm is America's largest specialty mattress retailer, with over 2,400 stores nationwide and a team of more than 6,000 Sleep Experts.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
