About The Position

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role involves executing Mattress Firm's selling programs using digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience, all while keeping the customer at the center. Sleep Experts are responsible for cultivating strong relationships, providing technical and product knowledge, and driving individual sales performance and KPIs in alignment with company values. They also maintain customer relationships post-purchase, stay aware of competitor offerings, and leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales. Mattress Firm's core mission is to help people sleep well to live well, and the company offers uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools
• Support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.)
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
