- Retail sales or leadership experience
- A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn

Responsibilities
- Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
- Offer personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses and sleep products.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, with emphasis on integrity, customer care, and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
- Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment.
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom.
- Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
