As a Sleep Coach, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding store performance goals while maintaining a personal minimum sales contribution. Your compensation is structured to recognize both your individual sales and the store’s overall performance through a combination of salary, commission and incentives. You will oversee daily sales operations, motivate and lead the sales team, and conduct Manager on Duty (MOD) functions during the General Manager’s absence. A key part of this role is providing exceptional customer service, training new sales associates, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. You will also analyze sales data, collaborate on marketing strategies, and resolve customer and team conflicts. Specific sleep-related responsibilities include attending meetings, maintaining the mattress gallery, assisting with bedding sales, and conducting training sessions. You will also participate in special events and assist with general store operations during peak times or when the General Manager is absent.
