JOB DESCRPTION SUMMARY: The Slash Crew Operator is a shared position within the Parks & Open Space , Facilities, and Road & Bridge divisions. The Slash Crew Operator works approximately six months during the summertime with the Parks & Open Space Department assisting with Jefferson County’s SLASH Program, then transitions to either Facilities or Road & Bridge during the winter season for snow removal and maintenance operations on county facilities and county-maintained roadways. SCHEDULE: This position must be available to respond to emergencies and snow removal operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week. COMPENSATION: Hiring Range: $ 29. 00 -$ 36 .00 USD Hourly Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.
