Requirements

Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Ability and willingness to obtain a Class II power tow motor certification.
Ability and willingness to read and comprehend all required daily paperwork, labels, and computer work.
Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions and computer functions.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level minimum of 40 pounds frequently.
Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously.
Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.
Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.
3 months work history with the same employer.

RF Scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

Transporting racks on smokehouse racks to the drencher and transporting them to the smokehouse staging area.
Lift a maximum of 40 pounds eye level and above, push 500-pound racks.
Scaling, measuring, and recording information as required by Quality Control or management.
Setup and remove various machines and clean out metal detectors.
Remove full racks, scale, and enter information into the computer.
Help empty inedible pans.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
