About The Position
Dermalogica is looking for an energetic Skin Therapist to join our incredible team of skin care therapists in Old Montreal Quebec. Working as an integral part of the team, you will have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships while striving to meet overall store goals and objectives, providing clients with a full range of personal skin care solutions and treatments. Build trusted relationships with customers by actively listening, maintaining self-awareness, engaging in conversation, and demonstrating genuine care and empathy in a warm and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A Professional who specializes in recommending and implementing treatments to improve skin health.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Skin Care (esthetics). Medical Esthetics preferred
- Able to work flexible hours
- Minimum of two years’ experience performing skin treatments.
- French and English speaking
- Has a passion for treatment and retail environment
- Have a positive and up-beat attitude.
- Self-motivated and enjoys being creative
- Loves communicating and socializing with clients and customers.
- Must be able to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, eventing and rotating schedules.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs

- Experience working with Dermalogica products an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding skin treatments to consumers, Dermalogica prospect accounts, media, helping spread brand awareness and showcase the power of a personalized Dermalogica Skin Treatments.
- Responsible for the productivity of the treatment space, increasing your client base while maintaining your loyal clients.
- Expressing the importance of treatment programs and commitment to overall skin health and improvement.
- Help the store reach its goal in growth by retailing after providing stellar treatments.
- Assisting walk in clients, helping front desk when needed, further increasing your touchpoint with store sales.
- Maintain adequate stock of PRO treatment products and various items to be able to provide Dermalogica treatments to clients.
- Work closely with the Quebec trainer. Constant communication with the trainer in terms of identifying team strengths and needs is crucial for the overall success of the store.
