About The Position

We're looking for dependable, hardworking Skilled Warehouse Laborers to join our pallet repair team at our Mira Loma facility. In this role, you'll inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools. Requirements

2+ years of experience in manual labor or a similar field.
Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, power saws, and/or hand tools.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8 to 10 hours.
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures).
Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
Capable of repeatedly lifting and moving pallets and materials, which may be heavy.
Requires good manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity for inspecting pallet condition.
Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
Excellent vision (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus) for inspecting pallets and observing surroundings for safety.
