Requirements
- High School, College preferred
- Automotive background helpful
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Process work requests and work orders in MaintainX.
- Follow-through on workorders and parts status.
- Performs stakeholder asset coordinator functions
- Creates and assigns workorders
- Provides information and assistance related to department services, activities, procedures, forms, or other tasks
- Responds to questions, challenges, and requests
- Provides information regarding service times and updates
- Logistical problem solving and research
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned
