About The Position

Franklin Unit Nurse Manager - Skilled & Long Term Care Resident Oversight. This is a 40 hours full time position, Monday through Friday, with an OnCall Rotation required. The nurse manager will be responsible for creating and managing an environment of care focused on the patients, defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff; and providing leadership for everyone on the nursing team.

Requirements

• State of Maine Nursing license
• Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Excellent references
• Passing the Maine State Background Check
