This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a Skilled Trades Recruiter or Project Coordinator (PC) to manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process. The role ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified Craftworkers by assessing hiring needs, determining when new recruits are required, and partnering with the Sales Team. PCs leverage sourcing tools to identify, engage, and qualify craft professionals to meet local market demand. They act as a shared company resource, filling priority orders by matching Craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to client needs. The role uses data-driven processes, follows established procedures, delivers exceptional candidate experiences, and maintains a professional, consultative approach. PCs also contribute to Craftworker retention by building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication with the Sales team. They support operational planning and fulfillment accuracy by identifying the right Craftworkers for each assignment and providing inside sales and client-facing support when needed.
