Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience (for Lead Residential Plumbers).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead and mentor a team (for Lead Residential Plumbers).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
