About The Position

Skilled Trade Painters Wanted – Turn Your Craftsmanship into Art! This is a 2nd Shift position with fast career growth and immediate openings. Dollamur, the global leader in sports mats, is looking for individuals with hands-on trade experience to transition into a creative painting opportunity. We train you, so no art experience is needed. This role involves painting custom logos and graphics on large sports mats, offering a creative, hands-on work experience with opportunities for career growth within the company. Requirements

Skilled Tradespeople – experience in construction, woodworking, flooring, or other physical trades is a major plus.
Detail-focused workers who can follow measurements and instructions precisely.
Comfortable with kneeling, lifting, bending, and using tools like tape measures and utility knives.
Motivated team players who want to learn, grow, and move up.
Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs (roll, lift, or hand cart).
Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic – show up, learn, grow.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

Painting logos, lettering, and artwork directly on large-scale mats (wrestling, judo, MMA).
Measuring, cutting, and preparing surfaces to exact specifications.
Working on your hands and knees to complete detailed paintwork.
Teaming up with skilled artists and craftsmen to complete custom mat orders.
