About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Perform skilled maintenance and manufacturing support activities that help maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure production goals are achieved. Champion a safe work environment by following HSE standards, using proper PPE, identifying hazards, and promoting a culture where team members look out for one another. Maintain high quality standards by performing inspections, following process documentation, and ensuring all work is completed according to specifications, diagrams, and operating procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying manufacturing constraints, solving operational problems, and recommending process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Support preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities while providing valuable feedback to strengthen maintenance programs and equipment performance. Serve as a knowledgeable team resource by coaching and instructing others, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and actively participating in TPM initiatives that improve safety, quality, material flow, and employee development.
