About The Position

Skilled Site Laborer, Carpentry Background Experience Required: 5+ years of carpentry or framing We are looking for a skilled, hands-on site laborer with a strong carpentry and framing background to support daily field operations at the Data One project. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who likes to stay moving, work with their hands, and help keep the jobsite clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is not a supervisor position initially. For the right person who shows consistency, awareness, and ownership, there is potential to grow into expanded site responsibilities over time. Schedule and Pay Start time: 6:00 AM Typical hours: Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM Saturdays: Required during busy periods Average weekly hours: 50 to 60 Pay range: $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience What You Will Do Light framing, blocking, backing, and general carpentry support Temporary protection, plasticing, floor and wall protection, barrier setup Move and stage materials to support active crews Assist with punch style work and small field fixes Use basic hand and power tools daily Keep work areas clean and organized as work progresses Help maintain a safe, professional jobsite environment Work both indoors and outdoors as site needs change What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of carpentry or framing experience Reliable and on time, ready to work each day Able to take direction and follow through without constant oversight Works clean and takes pride in the jobsite Physically able to stay active throughout the shift Team player with a steady, professional attitude Commercial or industrial jobsite experience Familiar with man lifts, forklifts, or telehandlers Basic layout awareness Required Step To Be Considered To be considered, you must complete the step below after submitting your application and resume.
