About The Position

Hiring Now – Immediate need for new Manufacturing Team Members for the 2nd Shift. The successful candidate(s) will perform duties related to the production of doors & windows, including operating machinery, assembly line work, product inspection, machining for hardware installation, material preparation and handling, and staging/packaging of finished products. Other general warehouse duties may also be required.

Requirements

• Commercial machine operator experience
• Past experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)
• Past experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• General knowledge of building materials
• Can perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools
• Works well in a fast-paced, TEAM environment
• Good communication skills both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machines in the production of doors & windows
• Work on door & window assembly lines
• Inspect all product for quality
• Machining products for hardware installation
• Material preparation and material handling
• Staging and packaging finished product for delivery
• Other general warehouse duties as needed
