Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk.
Use of fingers, hands, and arms to handle, grip, and grasp objects, controls, parts, tools, and operate required equipment; and reach, push, and pull with hands and arms.
Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to see (20/25 vision with or without glasses) and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.
High school or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery such as drill presses, lathes, milling machines, press brakes, punch presses, and laser cutters.
Install hardware.
Perform finishing operations.
Conduct quality inspections.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
