Prairie Farms is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Skilled Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves learning and operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Ability to lift 80lbs on a regular basis
Aptitude to learn
Willingness to receive continuous training
Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours

Responsibilities

Learn and operate all production equipment
Perform necessary quality, seal, date, and weight checks
Fill out all required production records completely and properly
Relieve all positions as needed during vacations, sickness, or for other reasons
Maintain the highest quality standards
Strive to always improve overall equipment effectiveness
Perform preventative maintenance, make adjustments, and troubleshoot production equipment
Perform all other duties as assigned
