About The Position

Seeking a physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine to join a well-established and growing physician group at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Flagler. This role offers both part-time (1099, 1-2 days a week) and full-time opportunities. The average daily census is 22-25 patients, with visits to 1-2 buildings per day. Day call coverage is from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Requirements

• Active Florida Medical License
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Visit 1-2 buildings per day
• Provide day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM
