- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of experience in the field with a demonstrated ability to complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose property malfunctions, replace and repair parts, then test to make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing tasks.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
