About The Position
The Skilled Nursing Administrator provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Sunrise standards. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance and team engagement.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Center in alignment with regulatory and Sunrise standards
- Develop, update and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care
- Oversee care planning, MDS processes and coordination of resident services
- Prepare for and participate in surveys and regulatory inspections
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules for accuracy and safety
- Manage department budget, labor and financial performance
- Lead recruitment, staffing, performance management and team development
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement, quality improvement and operational excellence
