About The Position

NACG is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Yardperson to join their remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area at the Ruth Lake site. This is an opportunity to join one of the safest and largest contracts in the region, with a combined rate of up to $52.29/hour and room for growth. NACG offers very competitive industry wages for service provider positions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months previous experience operating grader/loader
• Minimum 6 months previous experience in a shop/field heavy equipment maintenance environment
• Proficient in English, both verbally and written
• Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience as requested as mentioned above
• Must provide CSO or BSO Certification prior to confirmation of start date
• Must provide Copy of Valid Class 5 Driver’s License prior to confirmation of start date
• Must provide Copy of recent Driver’s Abstract prior to confirmation of start date
• Must provide VOID cheque/direct deposit form prior to confirmation of start date

Nice To Haves

• Forklift/skid-steer certifications
• Experience running Hitachi Loaders and Cat Graders
• Familiarity with Cat Equipment and Maintenance
• Class 3 License w/air endorsement and prior experience with hauling/reversing trailers with a light duty truck

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment performing maintenance duties – Loader/Grader/Forklift/Skid-Steer/Light Duty Vehicles
• Assist technicians with assembly and testing when required (minimal supervision)
• Load/off-load freight components from delivery trucks with forklift
• Proficient in all Intermediate Maintenance Yardperson duties
