About The Position
The Skilled Maintenance Person is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks, focusing on those relating to electrical and carpentry. This role involves working on and completing a variety of skilled maintenance, including electrical work, troubleshooting and repair; HVAC troubleshooting and repair; miscellaneous carpentry and drywall repair; and more.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with high school completion or GED.
- A minimum of three years' professional experience in general maintenance and construction for both interior and exterior project types.
- Willing to obtain a valid class B CDL.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year continued education or technical school trade certification apprenticeship.
