Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school, with 6 months - 1 year preferred; or High School Diploma or GED.
- Preventative Maintenance, Lubrication, Machinery Checks, Monitoring of Dust System, Various Written Reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform all required preventative maintenance.
- Perform repairs on the machinery in the department.
- Monitor the machinery and dust systems.
- Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures.
- Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor.
- Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.
