About The Position
Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our City of Industry, CA facility. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
- Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
- Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
- Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
- Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
