Skilled Level 2 SUMMARY: Capable of running most fender line operations with some knowledge of machine set up on press brake and roll forming equipment. Can detect and identify issues with machines, raw materials and finished product quality. Individual is trained in the proper procedures of lock out and tag out and is physically capable with a wide range of motion. Can perform die changes and machine adjustment settings on equipment in their area Can identify unsafe issues with equipment Can operate roll forming machines and set up Can read and identify product drawings and material tags Assist others in set up and operations of other equipment Can identify the proper locations of all finished and raw materials Can verify quality of raw and finished materials Assists with general maintenance and shop clean up Can perform other various assignments or duties as required Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. Requirements

  • Knowledge of machine set up on press brake and roll forming equipment
  • Ability to detect and identify issues with machines, raw materials and finished product quality
  • Trained in the proper procedures of lock out and tag out
  • Physically capable with a wide range of motion
  • Ability to perform die changes and machine adjustment settings on equipment
  • Ability to identify unsafe issues with equipment
  • Ability to operate roll forming machines and set up
  • Ability to read and identify product drawings and material tags
  • Ability to assist others in set up and operations of other equipment
  • Ability to identify the proper locations of all finished and raw materials
  • Ability to verify quality of raw and finished materials
  • Ability to assist with general maintenance and shop clean up
  • Ability to perform other various assignments or duties as required
  • Completion of additional job-related screening processes following a conditional offer of employment
