About The Position

Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75 years of experience seeking two highly skilled LATHE CNC MACHINISTS for a new premium weekend shift. This role offers a flexible and rewarding schedule, allowing employees to work three days a week while being paid for 40 hours, providing more time for life outside of work. Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment.
• Ability to work fully independently.
• Ability to program, read programs, and interpret blueprints.
• Possession of own basic tools.
• Experience making edits, offsets, and tool changes.
• Expert-level G-Code knowledge.
• Ability to train Monday – Thursday on 1st shift 5am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC Lathe machines with Live Tooling.
• Read and interpret CNC programs.
• Interpret blueprints.
• Make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes on CNC Lathe machines.
• Work independently.
• Train on 1st shift Monday – Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm.
