About The Position

Ledcor Construction is looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our Building Services Team in Vancouver. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of restoration, repair, and finishing tasks in both residential and commercial settings. Working under the direction of the Foreperson, you’ll collaborate with your teammates to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technically proficient with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Intermediate First Aid with Transportation Endorsement, WHMIS, and Fall Protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain).
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with stainless steel renewal, stone restoration, weather protection, glass scratch restoration, window sealing, and mullion repair is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour and repair duties on residential and commercial projects.
• Complete sink, bathtub, countertop, and cabinet repairs.
• Perform flooring, tile, drywall, and paint touch-ups.
• Repair walls, doorways, and other interior finishes.
• Conduct deficiency walk-throughs and complete detailed deficiency reporting.
• Support damage prevention activities and maintain overall site conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for the crew, clients, and the public.
