Requirements

Construction or labor experience is a plus - but not required
Valid driver's license preferred
Comfortable working outdoors, in the heat, and on physically demanding job sites
Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and stay active throughout the day

Responsibilities

Assisting with demolition, carpentry, electrical work, finish installations, and general construction tasks
Operating drills, pneumatic tools, shovels, hammers, and other power tools
Cleaning and preparing job sites for safe and efficient work
Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
Building and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and temporary structures
Measuring, marking, and preparing work areas
Digging trenches, leveling ground, and assisting with site prep
Keeping job sites organized, safe, and running smoothly
Working closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete projects on schedule
