Osborne is hiring a Skilled Laborer to support local commercial construction projects, property maintenance, and facilities work in the Topeka area. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- General comfort working with tools, equipment, and machinery
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check, drug screening, and physical capacity evaluation consistent with job requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide general labor support including material handling, site cleanup, staging, and tool preparation
- Assist skilled tradespeople and crew foremen with day-to-day tasks
- Learn to safely operate hand and power tools
- Support general repairs and upkeep on Osborne's locally owned real estate
- Assist with routine property maintenance such as grounds upkeep and seasonal tasks
- Assist with Facility Maintenance client service requests and work orders under supervision
- Learn to safely operate equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or similar machinery as needed
