About The Position

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is a full-service heavy civil and energy contractor serving customers across Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Nevada. Established in 1976, our success is built on long-term employees, exceptional workmanship, and an unwavering commitment to safety. As a Skilled Laborer, you will run hand and power tools, handle compaction and subgrade work, support pipe and utility crews, spot and signal equipment operators, and help keep the jobsite safe and productive. It is also the first step toward our Craft Lead track, so if you show up ready to work and lead by example, there is a clear path to grow here.
