About The Position

We are currently seeking a Skilled Laborer. This is a temporary position (approximately 6 months) located on site in Hardin County, OH. The successful candidate will provide manual labor, which may include lifting up to 100 pounds or other construction-related tasks. They will also be responsible for the safe and productive operation of hand and motorized tools, as well as heavy civil construction equipment including skid steers, drum compactors, wheel loaders, off-road dump trucks, and other applicable equipment. The role requires utilizing safe working practices and performing assigned work in a safe manner, meeting client, company, and regulatory standards. The position also requires working different shifts.

Requirements

Have knowledge of safety practices and procedures in operating heavy equipment.
Have the ability to utilize operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications in operating specialized equipment.
Have the ability to prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a positive attitude and be a great teammate.
DOT physical required.
