About The Position

This role involves working indoors and/or outdoors year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment. Responsibilities include operating industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers, hand sorting and separating materials based on metal type, and operating forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads. The position requires following strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must complete a favorable drug test, background check, and physical.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
