This position is open to candidates of all skill levels, from general laborers to those with hands-on experience in carpentry and construction trades. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to take direction while contributing to a productive job site.

Requirements

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Basic carpentry skills are a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction
• Must have proper PPE at all times: Hard hat Steel toe boots Safety vest Work gloves Safety glasses
• Basic hand tools needed for higher skill level roles

Nice To Haves

• Basic carpentry skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal
• Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, measuring, cutting, and basic installations
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support skilled trades as needed on various job site tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
