About The Position

This role involves working indoors and/or outdoors year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment. Responsibilities include operating industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers, hand sorting and separating materials based on metal type, and operating forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads. Strict safety protocols must be followed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or skilled labor experience required
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
