About The Position

This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality nursing care within patients' homes, focusing on comprehensive assessments, hands-on skilled care, patient and family education, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Maine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Confidence working independently—with strong judgment and critical thinking
- A natural communicator who builds trust easily
- A reliable vehicle and readiness to travel locally
- A belief that healthcare should meet people where they are
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Step into patients’ homes and deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care
- Perform assessments that look beyond symptoms to the whole person
- Provide hands-on skilled care: wound care, medication management, chronic disease support
- Teach, guide, and support patients and families with confidence and compassion

- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
