About The Position

The Skilled Craft Education Program (SCEP) prepares and pipelines students for full-time employment in Ameren’s entry-level apprenticeships. The program includes job-readiness skills, pre-employment testing tools, ambassador partnerships, demonstrations, and tours aligned to support curriculum development and provide participants the opportunity to compete for full-time careers. Applicants must be 2026–2027 participants in Ameren’s Skilled Craft Education Program.

Requirements

• Must be a current Skilled Craft Education Program participant for the 2026–2027 academic year.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED by June 2027.
