Position Summary We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to supervise a team in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall Installation
Requirements
- Team Leadership
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Sheetrock installation and repair
- Texturing, painting, and trim work
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentry
- Ability to safely and effectively use power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns
- Demolition and project clean-up
- Strong verbal and basic digital communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Customer service mindset
- Thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with framing, structural carpentry, and finish carpentry
- Property board-up experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and DOT Certified
- Commitment to following OSHA, company safety rules and regulations, OSHA 10/30 Certified
- licensed plumber
Responsibilities
- Work on sites affected by water, fire, and smoke damage
- Manage daily activities of the team assigned to the project
- Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs and installations
- Ensure the work area remains stocked with materials
- Delegate other duties as needed
- Participate in emergency response efforts when required
