About The Position

Currently hiring Skilled Construction Laborers for a civil construction and utilities project in Berryville, VA. The ideal skilled construction laborer candidate has 2 or more years of construction experience, preferably working on civil, utility, excavation, or sitework projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction or general labor experience
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
• Your own PPE

Nice To Haves

• Civil, utility, excavation, or sitework experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and site work
• Assist with underground utility installation and repairs
• Perform digging, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and OSHA regulations
