About The Position

As a Skilled Carpenter, you will be responsible for a variety of projects to maintain the park's safety, functionality, and appearance. This includes building, modifying, and repairing park structures like buildings and rides, as well as installing and repairing doors, windows, roofing, and other fixtures. The role requires reading and following blueprints or technical drawings, operating tools and equipment safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with the maintenance team on larger projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles.
• Ability to provide basic tools necessary for the role.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills will be considered.
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work at various heights including Roller Coaster lift hills.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
