About The Position

We're looking for a Part-Time Skilled Caregiver for Weekends (available on Sundays) to join our dedicated team. Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Background in dementia and behavioral care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients.
• Offer companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
• Help with transportation to appointments or outings.
• Provide timely medication reminders.
• Ensure that each client feels cared for and supported.

Benefits

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA) minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
