About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to support a client in New Bloomfield, MO. This role requires strong hands-on care skills and solid experience supporting clients with memory care needs. Confidence, patience, and consistency are essential. The caregiver will manage care for two clients at the same time, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Experience working with clients who have memory care challenges is required
• Confidence assisting with personal care and hygiene tasks
• Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to manage care for two clients at the same time
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Support personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
• Provide memory care support and redirection as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide attentive companionship and supervision throughout the shift
